Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No — we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Everything we make is handmade, often one-of-a-kind, and carefully crafted. We encourage thoughtful purchases. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help before you order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout. You may be responsible for local customs or duties depending on your location.

When will my order ship?

We ship twice a week. Most orders ship within 3–7 business days. If your piece is made to order or needs extra drying or curing time (like ceramics or textiles), we’ll let you know before checkout.

How is my order packaged?

Each item is carefully wrapped by hand. We use sustainable, reused, or compostable packaging whenever we can — and we try to make the unwrapping feel like a story in itself.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and details. We’ll do our best to help. Please note: variations in texture or colour due to handmade processes or lighting are not considered damage — they’re part of each piece’s unique nature.

Is each piece unique?

Yes — everything is handmade. No two items will be exactly the same. These small differences are intentional, and part of the piece’s charm and story.

Can I request a custom or made-to-order piece?

Sometimes, yes. If you have something in mind, feel free to reach out. If it’s possible within our process and time, we’ll let you know.
