At from the heART, sustainability isn’t a label — it’s part of how we move through the world. It’s how we create, how we package, and how we invite you to receive and live with the pieces we make.

materials & making

We work with natural, reclaimed, or low-impact materials whenever possible — and choose processes that respect time, land, and people. Each piece is made slowly, often by hand, and in limited quantities or one-of-a-kind runs.

packaging

We reuse packaging materials wherever we can — and choose recycled, recyclable, or compostable options when we can’t. Your order may arrive in a reused box or wrapped in repurposed paper. We see this as a quiet kind of beauty — nothing extra, nothing wasted.

waste & shipping

We ship just twice a week to reduce transport emissions. Our no-returns policy is also part of this — fewer parcels traveling back and forth means less packaging, less fuel, and less waste. We encourage thoughtful purchases and are always here to answer questions before you order.

a living practice

This is not a perfect system — but a living practice. We’re always learning, adjusting, trying to do a little better. If something breaks or wears down, reach out — we may be able to help you repair or reimagine it, instead of throwing it away.
