Growing A Heart - poetry in a jar

Growing A Heart is created as a gentle reminder to slow down, listen inward, and care for what lives within us.

A small collection of quiet moments, gathered in glass.

Each poetry jar contains biodegradable and vegan capsules filled with poetry by local poets and authors. The texts revolve around self-care, healing, emotions, and giving yourself time to grow at your own pace. All poems in this collection are written in English.

Take one capsule a day or whenever you need a moment for yourself and to let the words settle.

The jars come in two sizes:
– small jar with 5 poetry capsules
– large jar with 10 poetry capsules
