Every order is packed by hand in Gothenburg and sent with care.

Processing Time

I usually pack and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey.

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of your order.

– Standard shipping: €6

– Small packet (mailbox size): €9
– Small parcel: €12
– Large parcel: €17
– Heavy parcel: €24

Americas, Asia, Oceania & UK
– Small packet (mailbox size): €12
– Small parcel: €23
– Large parcel: €30
– Heavy parcel: €50

Where I Ship

from the heART currently ships to selected countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Oceania.

If your country isn’t available at checkout but you’d like to place an order, feel free to send a message and I’ll see what’s possible.

Damaged Packages

Everything is packed carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the item.

I’ll always do my best to make it right with a replacement, refund or store credit depending on the situation.

Lost Packages

Once a parcel has been shipped, I unfortunately can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel seems lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. Of course, you’re also welcome to reach out and I’ll help however I can.
