Shipping Information

We ship from Sweden, with care and intention. Each parcel is prepared slowly — and we hope, received slowly too.

Processing Time

Orders are shipped twice a week. Most pieces are packed and sent within 3–7 business days. If your item is made to order or requires extra drying or curing time (like ceramics or textiles), we’ll let you know before checkout.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within Sweden and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Depending on your location, you may be responsible for customs fees or duties.

Sustainable Packaging

We pack each item by hand, with care — using sustainable, reused, or compostable materials wherever we can. We believe in making the opening of each parcel a small story in itself.

Nothing goes to waste if we can help it. You might notice reused materials in your order — this is intentional, and part of our effort to reduce excess.

Delays or Issues

If something unexpected happens — like a courier delay or customs hold — we’ll do our best to support you. Once a parcel leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the postal system, but we’re here to help if anything goes awry.
