Our Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges. Because of the handmade and often delicate nature of our work — and our commitment to slow, sustainable practices — we ask that you purchase thoughtfully and intentionally.

Returns create unnecessary shipping and waste. We believe in slower decisions, meaningful choices, and pieces that stay with you.

Before You Order

If you’re unsure about an item, please reach out. We’re more than happy to share more images, dimensions, or details to help you feel confident in your purchase.

Handmade Variations

Each item is handmade, and small variations in texture, shape, or tone are part of its character. We consider these differences part of the story — not flaws.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect (not due to lighting or screen differences), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.
