Description
Triplet Vessel No. 3
The third vessel in Ylva Marianne Borre’s Triplet Shape series from the Beneath the Surface collection, this piece carries its own bold story. While it joins its siblings in quiet conversation, it stands out with a lively energy that feels unapologetically vibrant — a playful twist in the trio.
Hand-sculpted in paper clay and painted with acrylics, this vessel blends soft lighter pink with a more intense, radiant pink and deep dark brown. The colours meet and mingle along the curves, with delicate lines running through the surface, like the subtle traces of a life fully embraced. It’s a piece that captures both warmth and vibrancy, inviting the eye to linger on every gentle shift in hue.
The Triplet form remains a meditation on connection: three shapes echoing one another, each distinct yet linked. This third vessel adds its own voice — bright, energetic, and a little daring — while keeping the quiet, contemplative spirit of the series.
